I don't think I'd be suited myself. I tend to freeze when making decisions, adrenalin makes me feel ill, and I am not good at running.

No you'd perfect, it's just that your ideal Doctor would be Pertwee or Baker.

If she was asthmatic as well she could do the "Doctor! ...I can't... breathe!"

One of the reasons I rate Mickey so high in the first season is that scene at the end of "World War Three" where the Doctor offers him a place and he turns it down because he thinks he'll just be a liability. I'm also not good companion material (another freeze-in-a-crisis type, me), and it was nice to have somebody who didn't leap at the opportunity with glad cries of "Yes, I'm sure everything will work out great".
